OUR POLICIES
BOOKING
To secure your dates for moving services, a 50% deposit is required. Remaining balance is due the day packing begins.
To secure your dates for an organization package, all hours of chosen package must be paid for before work begins.
CANCELLATION
Notice Period:
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer our services to other clients in need.
Fees:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 75% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations on the day of service will be charged the full amount.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Rescheduling:
Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will accommodate your new preferred date and time based on availability, without any rescheduling fees.
